Working in a high-growth tech startup is not for the faint of heart. Even when you’re not at the top of the org chart, your contributions are everything.
I’ve spent over a decade in that world, getting swept up in rapid changes, confusing equity options, the pressure of hyper growth, and many moments when I wondered if anyone else really knew what was going on.
I founded Non-Founder Crew (see what I did there?) to help people work their way through startup life without drowning in the uncertainty of it all. And now, I’m launching the podcast of the same name to bring stories from the startup world straight to you.
